…it’s about knowledge, feelings and beliefs.

And how people share them: stories.

Stories help us understand more and learn something new.

But also reveal what remains constant.

An analogue art increasingly told in a digital way.

At Lore we focus on learning what brands must know about people, places, cultures and categories to help:

drive decisions,

inspire ideas

...and be part of the story.

WHAT WE DO

Research is our craft. Plain and simple.

  Strategic? Of course.

  Consultative? By nature.

Bespoke? As custom as it comes.

Actionable? If not, what’s the point.

Applying a process that defines and interrogates the problem, builds knowledge from different angles and packages the insight into a story that stakeholders can believe in.

BRAND

Mean something

From understanding existing equity, to exploring new territories a brand can position itself in and grow from.

COMMUNICATIONS

Say something

Revealing the human and cultural insights that can help inspire relevant and authentic ideas and content across channels.

INNOVATION & UX

Solve something

From segmenting the market and pin-pointing users' habits and needs, to developing value propositions and UX for new products and services.

PEOPLE

Know someone

Providing the depth of colour and texture needed to ‘get’ people, the culture that shapes them - and how their experience of category or brand really plays out.

6 things which define us...

SENIOR BRAINS

The same experienced researchers working on the project from start to finish - no cameos.

COLLABORATIVE

Partners, Advisors, Mentors – terms often loosely thrown around.

But we truly believe in the value of working side by side with our clients, their stakeholders and any other agencies involved. It’s the  way forward.

AGILE

We aren’t afraid to iterate, change track and evolve our approaches as the answers start to emerge. Sometimes the best journeys mean arriving at a different place.

RIGOUR

It may not be sexy, but it makes all the difference.
From our grip of project management to a relentless pursuit of the answer, we simply leave no stone un-turned.

TRUSTY BLACK BOOK

As a proudly independent consultancy, we work with a tried and tested group of local partners, experts, creatives and consultants. Whatever the project demands.

GLOBALLY MINDED

With most of our work being international, we thrive on the unique demands of multi-market projects. Weaving together the macro with the micro.
